Happy Steps is a Provider Plus member. This means we are able to access essential resources, tools and ongoing support to assist in providing you with the most tailored care to your needs.

We currently provide Allied Health services to plan managed & self managed NDIS participants in their homes. We are working towards becoming an NDIS verified provider. Contact us for more information or fill out below NDIS Participant Referral Form and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 business hours.

1. We Assess and Diagnose your PHYSICAL ABILITIES, LIMITATIONS and FUNCTIONAL GOALS

2. Assist to regain and improve PHYSICAL FUNCTION and MOBILITY

3. Provide PAIN MANAGEMENT including PAIN SCIENCE EDUCATION

4. Prescribe Appropriate ASSISTIVE DEVICE to facilitate MOBILITY and INDEPENDENCE

5. Provide EDUCATION and TRAINING to PREVENT further IMPAIRMENTS

6. Can help you participate in ADAPTIVE SPORTS and RECREATION

7. Provide EMOTIONAL SUPPORT and TECHNIQUES such as RELAXATION and MEDITATION
